Happy New Year, 2015!

Last post of the year. This pattern by Tomoko Morimoto is turning out better than I had expected. I really like it; the chains are not quite as problematic as I would have imagined. Also, I do think that red thread is complimentary to this design.

Have a Great New Year, Tatters!

  1. Red does bring out the 'floral' effect !
But I liked the completed doily in white, too - by Umi &Tsuru....

Wishes for a happy, Tatisfying, creTAtive, Tatilicious 2015 :-)

  12. Oh, he's simply *beautiful!* Mr. G is definitely a gorgeous cat with great photographic appeal! The red seems 'perfect' for that doily, although I may be a bit 'biased,' since it's my favorite color. :-) I can hardly wait to see more of your tatting (and cat) pictures!
